Medicare guidance for the 85086 corner of north Phoenix — Advantage plans, Medigap, Part D and long-term care, reviewed against your own doctors.
The 85086 side of north Phoenix runs south from Anthem toward Norterra and the Deer Valley corridor.
Provider access is genuinely good here — HonorHealth Deer Valley and the Norterra medical offices put a lot of networks within reach, which widens the plan options compared to communities further north.
More options is not automatically better. It means the comparison has to be done against your actual doctor list rather than a brochure.

Yes. A short run south down I-17 from Anthem. Appointments happen wherever suits you — kitchen table, library, coffee shop — and plenty of people prefer to do the whole thing by phone or video instead. Either way the comparison work is identical.
Plan availability in Medicare is set by county, and Maricopa County has a substantial number of Advantage and Part D plans to choose between. I deliberately do not publish plan counts, names or premiums on this site — they change every plan year and a stale number is worse than no number. What I will do is pull the current list for your ZIP while we are talking.
Nothing, at any point. Carriers pay a set commission to licensed agents and it is identical whether you enroll through me, through a call centre or directly. Your premium is the same either way — the only difference is whether somebody local checks your doctors and prescriptions first.
Usually. Networks, formularies and premiums all reset every January, and the most expensive mistake I see in Maricopa County is a plan that fit perfectly three years ago and quietly stopped fitting. A review takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing.
